The mounting base is mounted on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and an inner hole is formed in the surface; the clamping seat is mounted in an inner hole of the mounting seat; the clamping seat sequentially comprises a clamping seat body, a first column body, a second column body and an end cover from top to bottom. Outer circle petals are arranged in the outer side of the clamping seatbody; a central hole is formed in middle, and hollowed-out circular holes are formed between the central hole and the outer circle petal in an array manner.
