Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting dioscin from fenugreek. The method comprises the following steps: extracting dioscin under the assistance of ultrasonic waves in an experiment, adding water into an extracting solution for dispersion and percolation, carrying out rotary evaporation and concentration to remove alcohol, removing impurities from an aqueous solution by using petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate respectively, passing through macroporous adsorption resin, washing with water to remove effluent, washing with an ethanol solution, and collecting effluent; and filtering the effluent by using a microporous filter membrane, and concentrating and drying the filtrate to constant weight to obtain the dioscin. The method is simple to operate, the extraction rate is high compared with other extraction methods, impurities are removed by using petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate, and then the impurities are removed by using macroporous adsorption resin, sothat the extraction rate |
