Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a water-based coating composition that exhibits an excellent water resistance even with the use of an odorless neutralizing agent or a neutralizing agent resistant toodor generation. The present invention more particularly relates to a water-based coating composition comprising: an acrylic resin containing a constituent unit derived from a reactive emulsifier; anda neutralizing agent selected from the group consisting of alkaline organic compounds having a boiling point higher than 260 deg C and alkaline inorganic compounds excluding ammonia, the water-basedcoating composition being characterized in that the acrylic resin is dispersed in the state of an emulsion in the water-based coating composition. 本发明涉及即使在使用无臭的中和剂或不易构成臭气的原因的中和剂的情况下耐水性也优异的水系涂料组合物，更详细而言，涉及一种水系涂料组合物，其特征在于，其包含：含有来源于反应性乳化剂的构成单元的丙烯酸类树脂、以及选自由除氨以外的碱性的无机化合物及沸点超过260℃的碱性的有机化合物组成的组中的中和剂，前述丙烯酸类树脂以乳液的形态分散在水系涂料组合物中。
