The fermentation culture condition combination of the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SZ-60 for producing antibacterial protein substances is optimized, and technical support and theoretical guidance are provided for industrial production of the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SZ-60 strain and acquirement of high yield of the antifungal protein substances.
