The method comprises the following steps: determining the molecular composition of a to-be-detected mixture; subjecting the molecular composition to matching in a preset first database; if a sample molecular composition matched with the molecular composition exists in the first database, taking physical properties corresponding to the sample molecular composition as the physical properties of the mixture; and if the sample molecular composition matched with the molecular composition does not exist in the first database, calculating the physical properties of the mixture according to the physical properties of each single molecule in the mixture.
