Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an iron-based amorphous powder cored wire containing MXenes and a preparation method and application of the iron-based amorphous powder cored wire. The wire comprises 98.5-99.5wt.% of FeSiB and 0.5-1.5 wt.% of MXenes. The iron-based amorphous powder cored wire is prepared by coating a powder core with a stainless steel belt, the powder core is formed by mixing seven kindsof element powder, and the powder core is prepared from, by weight percent, 38% of Cr, 2% of C, 4% of Si, 3% of Ni, 5% of Co, 10% of Zr and the balance Fe. MXenes is at least one of Ti3C2Tz, Zr3C2Tz and Hf3C2Tz (Tz=O, F, OH); and the stainless steel belt is 310S stainless steel, and the weight ratio of the powder core to the stainless steel belt is 0.8: 1.
