The real-time monitoring and positioning system is characterized by consisting of malodorous gas sensing devices, a central processing unit and a display, the malodorous gas sensing devices are densely distributed in a ginger planting area in an equidistant grid shape, andeach malodorous gas sensing device comprises a malodorous gas sensor, a timestamp module and a wireless communication sending module. The malodorous gas sensor is used for detecting malodorous gas, when the malodorous gas is detected, the timestamp module and the wireless communication sending module are activated, and a timing detection function is set; and the malodorous gas sensor is preferably an SGA-700-OU type foul gas sensor module.
