Prediction and processing of slow disks

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer-implemented method, an electronic device, and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical data of recoverable errors occurring in a past first time period of a storage disk; the method also includes determining, based on the historical data, a predicted number of recoverable errors to occur in the memory disk for a future second period of time, wherein the first time period and the second time period have the same duration. The method further includes performing an operation for processing the slowdisk for the storage disk in response to the predicted number exceeding a threshold for identifying the slow disk.
