Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for improving the resistance of a plant to fusarium graminearum. The method comprises the following steps of integrating a gene AtALA1 into the target plant, and expressing the gene AtALA1 in the target plant to reduce the toxin content of the fusarium graminearum so as to improve the resistance of the plant to the fusarium graminearum, wherein a nucleotide sequence of the gene AtALA1 is as shown in SEQ ID NO.14. According to the method, the toxin content in the plant body is obviously reduced and the resistance to the fusarium graminearum is improved by utilizing a transport degradation mechanism of the plant to toxins of pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, the method can be widely used for improving the resistance of different pathogenic bacteria and toxinsthereof, and has wide applicability.
