Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing marine algae-derived agarotriose, and a use thereof as a prebiotic. More specifically, the present invention investigates the characteristics ofagarotriose as a prebiotic which is selectively metabolized by probiotic microorganisms, thereby enabling agarotriose to be used as an anti-cancer or anti-inflammatory agent in the fields of food andpharmaceuticals, and enabling agarotriose to be obtained at high yield through efficient purification with minimal loss after enzymatic hydrolysis of a red algae-derived polysaccharide without pre-treatment. 本发明涉及一种用于产生海藻衍生的琼胶三糖的方法和其作为益生菌的用途。更具体来说,本发明研究作为益生菌的琼胶三糖的特性,其通过益生菌微生物选择性地代谢,从而使琼胶三糖能够在食品和药品领域中用作抗癌剂或抗炎剂,并且使琼胶三糖能够在红藻衍生的多糖在未经预处理的情况下酶水解之后以最小损失经由高效纯化以高产率获得。
