Railway vehicle wheel set intelligent storage and selective assembly system and method thereof

The invention provides a railway vehicle wheel set intelligent storage and selective assembly system. The system comprises a wheel set input region, a storage region and an output region. Rails are laid on the ground of the wheel set input region, the storage region and the output region. Wheel set stop devices are arranged on the rails at the position of an inlet of the wheel set input region andthe position of an outlet of the output region. Multiple positioning blocks for fixing wheel sets are arranged on rails on the wheel set storage region, and each positioning block has unique X/Y coordinates. A bar code recognition device is arranged at the position of the inlet of the wheel set input region and used for recognizing bar codes pasted on the wheel sets.
