Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis and spinning preparation process of low-melting-point polyester. The process comprises the following steps: filtering obtained raw materials, and adding the raw materials, a catalyst and a modifier into a preheated reaction vessel to perform an esterification reaction; carrying out condensation polymerization on the esterification reaction product twice, coolingthe obtained low-melting-point polyester to normal temperature, then taking out the cooled low-melting-point polyester, carrying out granulating to obtain a plurality of low-melting-point polyester chips, and then heating and drying the low-melting-point polyester chips multiple times to obtain a chip raw material; and finally, subjecting the low-melting-point polyester chip raw material to moisture absorption and then to traction and stretching with two high-speed hot rollers with a speed difference ranging from 1500 r/min to 2000 r/min, and carrying out winding so as to obtain polyester filaments.
