Firstly, UHMWPE material melt blanks are prepared on a mold forming segment through inhomogeneous step type temperature control, then product blank overall temperature uniformity and consistency are achieved on a mold cooling segment through inhomogeneous mold temperature, and therefore cooling crystallization consistency of the UHMWPE products is controlled, and the size accuracy is finally guaranteed. Compared with the prior art, the formed and prepared UHMWPE products are high in size stability, curacy and flatness, meanwhile, the mechanical property is obviously improved, the problems that in the existing forming technology, warping is prone to being caused, and roundness is insufficient are effectivelysolved, and good development prospects are achieved. 本发明涉及一种控制超高分子量聚乙烯制品尺寸精确度的方法,首先在模具成型段通过非均匀阶梯式控温实现超高分子量聚乙烯材料熔体型胚制备,然后在模具冷却段通过非均匀模温实现制品型胚整体温度均匀一致,从而控制超高分子量聚乙烯制品冷却结晶一致性,最终保证尺寸精确度。与现有技术相比,本发明成型制备的超高分子量聚乙烯制品尺寸稳定性高、精确度高、平整度高,同
