The production process comprises steps of preparing insulating wire cores,a semi-conductive water-blocking tape, a metal wire shielding layer, an embedded waterproof layer, a water-blocking layer, a non-magnetic wire protection layer, a water-blocking flame-retardant layerand an outer sheath layer.
