The invention relates to hand cream with an antibacterial effect. The hand cream is mainly prepared from the following components in percentage by weight of 1 to 4 percent of distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.01 to 0.3 percent of polyaminopropyl biguanide, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of opuntia grandis extract, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of flos sophorae extract, 3%-10% of synthetic grease, 0.1%-1% of a thickener, 3%-20% of a humectant, 0.1%-1% of an antioxidant, 1%-5% of polydimethylsiloxane and derivatives thereof and the balance of deionizedwater, totaling 100%.
