Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for extracting flavone in artemisia with an isopropanolamine organic acid ionic liquid and belongs to the technical field of biochemical engineering. The method comprises the following steps: adding isopropanolamine into a certain amount of water, and performing uniform mixing; slowly adding organic acid into the prepared solution and sufficiently dissolving the organic acid under a certain condition to obtain an ionic liquid extraction agent; immersing processed folium artemisiae argyi in the ionic liquid, and performing ultrasonic assisted extraction and solid-liquid separation to obtain an extraction solution; and performing secondary extraction, column chromatography, recrystallization and other steps on the extraction solution to obtain the flavone inartemisia. The method is simple in operation and easy in industrial production. The ionic liquid is safe and non toxic, can be directly used as a raw material for medicines, daily chemicals and the like, or is regenerated by
