Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses beef-lobster paste and a production method therefor. The beef-lobster paste is prepared from the following raw materials in mass ratio: 500g-600g of cooked beef, 500g-600g of fresh lobster leftovers, 200g-300g of shiitake mushrooms, 500g-660g of salted and fermented soya paste, 20g-30g of oyster sauce, 20g-30g of chicken essence, 40g-50g of white granulated sugar, 80g-100gof cooked sesame seeds, 800g-900g of fresh hen eggs and 900g-1,100g of soybean oil. According to the beef-lobster paste disclosed by the invention, the raw materials are cheap and readily available; besides the conventional beeves and seasonings, fresh-lobster-flavor food materials are also added, and the employed fresh lobster leftovers are byproducts obtained after fresh lobsters are processed and are low in cost, so that the cost is reduced effectively, and meanwhile, the problem in utilization of waste resources of lobster industry is solved; and due to an exclusive fresh flavor of the lobsters, the flavor of beef
