The invention provides a system management bus (SMB) device management system and a method thereof. The SMB device management system includes: a plurality of SMB devices; and an SMB function module coupled to the SMB device. The SMB function module obtains an external file, wherein the external file comprises addressing information of the SMB device. The SMB function module establishes a hierarchical structure corresponding to the SMB device through an external file, so that each SMB device has a unique address track. 本发明提出一种系统管理总线(System Management Bus，SMB)装置管理系统及其方法。SMB装置管理系统包括：多个SMB装置；以及SMB功能模块，耦接到SMB装置。SMB功能模块获得外部文件，外部文件包括SMB装置的定址信息。SMB功能模块通过外部文件来建立对应SMB装置的阶层式结构，使得每个SMB装置具有唯一地址轨迹。
