According to the micro-disturbance torque air-floating robot system, a cameradetermines the pose information of an air-floating robot through the target at the top of the air-floating robot; the measurement information is transmitted to a controller through wireless data transmission; the controller calculates the control instruction according to a deviation value of the real-time pose information and the instruction pose information, and then a fan is controlled to rotatethrough a driving plate, so the air floatation robot can achieve the designated pose.
