The system comprises a shearer operation system, a data acquisition system, adata storage system, a human-machine interaction operation management system, a display system and a master control system. The data acquisition system can acquire operation parameters of all parts of a shearer in the operation process and integrate, compare and perform a series of digitalization processing on the operation parameters of the parts. The parameters are transmitted to the data storage system through a communication system, the parameters are compared, data and preset parameter values are also compared, data results are transmitted to the master control system and the human-machine interaction operation management system, and through artificial and computer dual control, operation systems of all the parts of the shearer are regulated so as to achieve the energy saving purpose.
