The device comprises a base, an oil cylinder and an oil tank, the oil cylinder comprises an oil cylinder sleeve, a piston and a small piston, and further includes a plunger pump, the plunger pump comprises a plunger base and a pump body installed in the plunger base, the oil tank is installed at one end of the plunger base, a driving motor is installed at the other end of the plunger base, the oil cylinder is installed on the plunger base, the plunger pump is in transmission connection with the driving motor, the oil tank, the plunger pump and the small piston are connected through oil ways, the oil tank and the piston are connected through an oil suction channel, an oil suction one-way valve is arranged on the oil suction channel, and all the oil ways are arranged in the plunger base. After the driving motor is started, the plunger pump is driven to rotate, oil in the oil tank is fed into the small piston through theoil way, the small pisto
