Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an active connecting agent for braze welding of an aluminum alloy honeycomb plate and a reactive braze welding method. The active connecting agent comprises the following components in percent by mass: 75-85% of CsZnF3 powder, 5-10% of absolute ethyl alcohol and 5-20% of a liquid state metal Ga. The aluminum honeycomb plate is obtained by coating the active connecting agent to a honeycomb core bar and to-be-welded surfaces of upper and lower panels and placing the assembled honeycomb core bar and to-be-welded surfaces at a high temperature for reactive braze welding. By using the active connecting agent, highly reliable and compact connection without brazing filler metals and brazing flux among the aluminum alloy honeycomb plates can be achieved.
