Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pouring process for a resin matrix composite bus duct. The pouring process comprises the following steps of: preparing a mold, and then fixing a busbar in the mold; mixing raw materials of a resin matrix composite according to a ratio at normal temperature, carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the mixed materials under a negative pressure condition, and pumping out escaped foreign gas; conducting pouring under a vacuum condition; and performing curing and demolding at a constant temperature, carrying out trimming and polishing. The resin matrix composite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-68 parts of epoxy resin, 10-18 parts of acrylic resin, 20-30 parts of glass fibers, 0.5-1 part of aluminum oxide, 2-5 parts of a curing agent, 5-10 parts of chitosan graft modified nanometer SiO2 slurry and 5-10 parts of a flame retardant.
