According to the method, the storage medium is divided into blocks, multiple types of data to be stored are stored block by block, and the block number of the storage block of each type of data is subjected to statistical recording, so that the storage rate of the data can be effectively improved, and the problem of storage data loss caused by reduction of the storage rate is avoided; meanwhile, the storage rate of the data can reach the nominal value of the storage medium, and the storage medium can store the data at the maximum storage rate of the storage medium.
