Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of engines, and discloses an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooling device and an engine. The EGR cooling device comprises an exhaust gas inlet, a coolingcavity, an exhaust gas outlet and an EGR valve, wherein the EGR valve divides the cooling cavity into a cooling hot end and a cooling cold end, the volume of the cooling hot end is the same with thevolume of the cooling cold end, and exhaust gas enters the EGR cooling device from the exhaust gas inlet, is sequentially cooled by the cooling hot end, the EGR valve and the cooling cold end, and isdischarged out of the EGR cooling device from the exhaust gas outlet. The invention further discloses an engine adopting the EGR cooling device.
