Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a curing device of an anti-relaxation coating of an alkali metal gas chamber. An alkali metal gas chamber main body and an alkali metal gas chamber tail pipe are respectivelyarranged on a lower shell at high temperature and an upper shell at low temperature, when the anti-relaxation coating is cured, alkali metal atoms which are attached to the alkali metal gas chamber main body can preferably interact with the anti-relaxation coating at the curing temperature provided by a heating device in the lower shell so as to generate the stable anti-relaxation coating, and thegasified alkali metal atoms are coagulated and attached to the cold alkali metal gas chamber tail pipe at last due to the temperature gradient between the lower shell and the upper shell, so that theanti-relaxation coating does not have defects, and the coverage rate of the anti-relaxation coating is increased.
