The replacement method comprises the following steps: constructing a target station control PLC system according to a to-be-replaced station control PLC system, wherein the target station control PLC system comprises all functions of the to-be-replaced station control PLC system; simulating the process of replacing theto-be-replaced station control PLC system with the target station control PLC system, and establishing a working time sequence card according to the simulation process; according to the working time sequence card, adopting a PDCA circulation mode to decompose the working process of replacing the station control PLC system to be replaced with the target station control PLC system; and when a replacement instruction is received, replacing the to-be-replaced station control PLC system according to a decomposition result.
