Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for continuously preparing 7-aminocephalosporanic acid and particularly relates to a method for continuously preparing the 7-aminocephalosporanic acid by using a cephalosporin C acylase one-step enzymatic catalyzing method. Specifically, the method comprises continuously passing an aqueous solution containing cephalosporin C and ammonium bicarbonate and/orammonium carbonate through a reactor filled with immobilized cephalosporin C acylase. The present invention also relates to a use of the ammonium bicarbonate and/or ammonium carbonate for maintainingstability of pH of the cephalosporin C acylase in catalyzing cephalosporin C to prepare the 7-aminocephalosporanic acid. 本发明涉及连续制备7-氨基头孢烷酸的方法,特别涉及利用头孢菌素C酰化酶一步酶法催化连续制备7-氨基头孢烷酸的方法。具体地,该方法包括使包含头孢菌素C以及碳酸氢铵和/或碳酸铵的水溶液连续通过装填有固定化头孢菌素C酰化酶的反应器。本发明还涉及碳酸氢铵和/或碳酸铵在用于维持头孢菌素C酰化酶催化头孢菌素C制备7-氨基头孢烷酸过程中pH的稳定性的用途。
