The vehicle control system is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted water heater system, thevehicle-mounted oil burning furnace system and the vehicle-mounted warm air system and used for controlling operation of the vehicle-mounted water heater system, the vehicle-mounted oil burning furnace system and the vehicle-mounted warm air system. The engine cooling system is used for recovering heat energy generated by the engine; the three-way catalytic system is used for recovering heat energy in the tail gas; the vehicle-mounted water heater system is used for supporting hot water supply; the vehicle-mounted oil burning furnace system is used for providing heat energy for the vehicle-mounted water heater system
