The invention relates to a fixture for precision hemispherical part milling and grinding machining. The fixture comprises a hemispherical part, a connecting rod and a base. The base is of a conical thin-wall structure. The top surface of the base is a locating plane with the diameter less than that of the hemispherical part. The center of the plane is provided with a locating hole used for mounting the connecting rod. The diameter of the bottom surface of the base is at least twice larger than that of the top surface of the base. The base is connected with machining equipment. The hemispherical part is mounted at the upper end of the connecting rod and is located through the top surface and the outer circle of the connecting rod. Multiple layers of horizontal long and thin grooves are uniformly distributed on the conical surface of the conical thin-wall structure.
