The platform comprises a bottom plate and safety guardrails fixed to the two sides of the bottomplate. The bottom plate is formed by splicing a plurality of square foam blocks; every two adjacent foam blocks are connected in a matched and clamped mode through the corresponding extending clamping block and the corresponding inwards-concave clamping groove. The foam block comprises a square connecting part with a through hole formed in the middle and a rotating part rotationally clamped in the through hole. Sounding holes are formed in the rotating parts in rows; anchoring holes are formed in the positions, close to the four corners, of the bottom plate.
