The method comprises the following steps: step A: raw material preparation: the raw material comprises the following ingredients in percent by mass: 8-10% of white mustard seed, 0.7-0.9% of petroleum ether, 0.5-0.7% of absolute ethanol, 0.5-0.7% of ethanol,5-6% of activated carbon, 6-10% of zinc oxide, 30.6-33.4% of EVA, 15-19% of polyurethane, 5-9% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 1-2% of graphene, 2-3% of stearic acid, 1-1.6% of an anti-aging agent, 0.8-1.6% of an accelerator, 1.1-4.9% of sulfur, 2-4% of a foaming agent, 4-5% of carbon fiber, and 2-3% of a crosslinking agent; step B: deodorant preparation, step C: mixture A1 preparation, step D: mixture A2 preparation, and step E: foaming.
