The method comprises the steps of determining an association relationship and a mutual exclusion relationship between different shops according to historical customer behavior data and shop attribute data; based on the association relationship and the mutual exclusion relationship, determining activity quota allocation data of a target store by adopting an operation optimization algorithm; predicting the probability that the customer participates in the activity of the target store based on the attribute information of the current customer, the behavior data and the store attribute data; and determining the customer whose probability value satisfies a preset condition as an activity marketing object.
