Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for transforming an oil and gas reservoir through silicate bacteria. The method comprises the steps of selecting the appropriate oil and gas reservoir; filling a bacterial solution into an injection well, wherein the bacterial solution contains the silicate bacteria, and the pressure difference of the injection well and an oil production well is ensured to be less than 1 MPa in the bacterial solution injection process; filling 0.05 time of the pore volume of water into the injection well; and conducting well soaking and water injection production.
