Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a tea fruit steaming and frying machine for tea oil production. The machine comprises a box body, an oval steaming and frying box body is movably arranged in the box body, thelong axis of the oval steaming and frying box body is parallel to the horizontal plane, a circular rack is arranged on the outer surface of the left side of the oval steaming and frying box body through a first connecting block, two first gears are connected to the top and the bottom of the circular rack in an engaged mode respectively, and the first gears are connected to the box body through first supports; a circular groove is formed in the outer surface of the right side of the oval steaming and frying box body through a second connecting block, two pulleys are connected to the bottom andthe bottom of the circular groove respectively, and the pulleys are connected to the box body through second supports; and a spiral blade is arranged on the inner surface of the left side of the ovalsteaming and frying box bod
