The solvent-free two-component polyurethane laminating adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared by carrying out polymerization reaction on a homogeneous mixture containing polyisocyanate, polyether glycol with the average molecularweight of 1000 and polyether glycol with the average molecular weight of 2000; the component B is a homogeneous mixture comprising a polyether triol having an average molecular weight of 1000, a polyester diol having an average molecular weight of 500, and a polyether triol having an average molecular weight of 3000.
