Zusammenfassung: | According to an integrated calculation method for a gas pressure state in a piston ring groove, the gas pressure state distribution in the ring groove is obtained through a gas chamber theory, then based on parameterization analysis, the significance of the geometric parameters of the ring groove influencing the gas pressure is obtained, and the most significant influence factor is selected as thejudgment basis. And a Pearson correlation coefficient is introduced to establish a function relationship between the gas pressure state in the annular groove and the influence parameters; 0.6 is taken as a correlation degree boundary according to the correlation coefficient strength table, and then back-stepping is performed to obtain a critical value of the geometric parameters of the ring groove.
