Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of wide-size-distribution high-compact-strength tungsten powder. The method comprises the following steps that (1) ammonium paratungstate is placed in a calciner for calcination, and blue tungsten composed of 5-25% of WO3, 60-75% of WO2.9 and 10-30% of WO2.72 is obtained; and (2) the blue tungsten is conveyed into a reduction furnace for reduction, and the wide-size-distribution high-compact-strength tungsten powder is obtained. According to the method, due to fixed-content multi-phase components of tungsten oxide, the generated tungsten powder is wide in size distribution by using the non-uniform reduction principle, the reaction temperature is controlled in the reduction stage, the size distribution width span value of the tungsten powder reaches 2.5 or above, the formability is good, and the compact strength can be up to 2.5-3.5 MPa.
