The device comprises a central shaft, auxiliary shafts and a rotating roller set, wherein the multiple auxiliary shafts are evenly distributed around the central shaft in a surrounding mode. The rotating roller set is composed of a middle rotating roller, a plurality of flywheel assembling roller components and a plurality of gear assembling roller components.
