Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of plant functional genome research and particularly relates to a TCV-based VIGS vector for simultaneously silencing two endogenous genes. For the two genes, one of the two genes is an endogenous gene PDS, the other is an endogenous gene "X gene", and VIGS vector is used for gene silencing in plants. A construction method comprises the following steps of constructing a TCV based virus induced silencing vector CPB1B for efficiently silencing PDS gene by using an artificial synthetic fragment; constructing a TCV based VIGS carrier CPB1B-X for efficiently silencing target genes "X gene" and PDS, and the like. As having the obvious advantages of intuition, rapidness, high throughput, easiness in operation and the like when the vector is used for performing functional identification on an arabidopsis endogenous target gene, are achieved, the TCV-based VIGS vector has relatively good practical value and popularization and application significance.Meanwhile, the construct
