Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method of preparing nano alloy particles by laser induction. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding at least two metal nano material solutions into a centrifugetube, and then adding a proper amount of a volatile solvent to form a mixed solution; S2, ultrasonically mixing the solutions, wherein all metal nano materials are mixed uniformly; S3, concentrating the ultrasonically treated mixed solution by centrifuging to obtain nano slurry; S4, spin-coating the nano slurry to a substrate; S5, carrying out vacuum heating and drying on the spin-coated substrateto form a dried coating on the surface of the substrate; and S6, pressing a transmitting sheet to the surface of the substrate where the dried coating is formed, and then penetrating the transmittingsheet by laser to scan the nano metal materials on the substrate to prepare the nano alloy particles, wherein the power of laser is not lower than 220 mW, and the spot diameter is greater than 70 [mu]m.
