The method is based on a polyvinyl alcohol-polyacrylic acid (PVA-PAA)-based hydrogel precursor, thePVA-PAA-based hydrogel and a metal ion complex are effectively combined by adopting a tanning method assisted by a drum mechanical effect, so that the structural stability of a PVA-PAA-based hydrogelthree-dimensional network is further improved, and the mechanical strength of a gel system is greatly enhanced. According to the invention, the tanning method is applied to the field of hydrogel synthesis for the first time, and a simple, convenient and feasible new way for synthesizing a high-strength hydrogel structure material is opened up. 本发明公开了一种基于制革鞣制原理制备高强度水凝胶的方法,该方法在聚乙烯醇-聚丙烯酸(PVA-PAA)基水凝胶前驱体基础上,采用制革鞣制方法并辅以转鼓机械作用,将PVA-PAA水凝胶与金属离子配合物有效结合,进一步提高PVA-PAA基水凝胶三维网络的结构稳定性,从而大幅度增强该凝胶体系的机械强度。本发明首次提出将制革鞣制方法应用到水凝胶合成领域,开辟了一条简便易行的高强度水凝胶结构材料合成新途径。
