By collecting reasonable analog quantity criteria, setting interval maintenance pressing plates and remotely transmitting information, self-adaption and region automatic bustransfer functions are achieved, various power grid structures and operation modes are met, a good engineering application value is achieved, and great significance is achieved for improving the reliability of a power grid. 5
