The invention provides a foot pad structure which is used for being assembled to a machine body of a portable electronic device. The foot pad structure comprises a foot pad and a lock accessory. The foot pad has an opening. The outline of the foot pad is radially symmetrical about the center of the foot pad, and the opening is located in the center.
