The power factor correction unit includes a voltage stabilizing capacitor. The LLC resonance conversion unit is connected to the power factor correction unit. The LLC resonance conversion unit includes a transformer having a primary winding anda primary winding. The primary winding includes a first sub-winding and a second sub-winding connected in series with the first sub-winding. The detection control unit is connected to the voltage stabilizing capacitor. The detection control unit has a comparison potential, and includes a first mode in which the first sub-winding and the second sub-winding are turned on when the voltage stabilizingcapacitor has a potential higher than the comparison potential, and a second mode in which only the first sub-winding is turned on when the voltage stabilizing capacitor has a potential lower than the comparison potential.
