Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cold-rolled steel strip for hot stamping molding and a production method thereof. The steel strip comprises, by weight percent, 0.32 to 0.36% of C, 0.10 to 0.30% of Si, 1.30to 1.50% of Mn, not larger than 0.020% of P, not larger than 0.005% of S, 0.020 to 0.060% of Als, 0.020 to 0.040% of Nb, 0.020 to 0.040% of Ti, 0.0015 to 0.0025% of B, 0.20 to 0.40% of Cr, not largerthan 0.0060% of N and the balance iron and inevitable impurities. The production method comprises following steps of steelmaking, continuous casting, hot rolling, acid rolling, continuous annealing,flattening and finished product obtaining.
