Bilateral cumulative sum event detection method

The invention discloses a bilateral cumulative sum event detection method, which can detect load input and load shedding. The bilateral cumulative sum event detection method introduces two cumulants,and the two cumulants are respectively a positive change cumulant and a negative change cumulant. A mean value of the signal sequence in a steady state and a noise signal are also included.
