The method includes the following steps: step 1: opening manual turning of a casing, andrecognizing a one-to-one correspondence relation between blade numbers and output signals of a tip timing sensor; step 2: obtaining a pulse sequence {V}; step 3: obtaining a blade arrival time sequence {t}; step 4: obtaining an included angle sequence; step 5: obtaining an included angle template sequence of an adjacent blade {theta}; step 6: obtaining a new included angle sequence, and performing blade numbering matching on the included angle sequence; and step 7: extracting a tip timing signal of a specific blade. 本发明涉及一种无转速同步传感器下的叶片自动定位方法,步骤如下:步骤一:打开机匣人工盘车,识别出叶片编号与叶尖定时传感器输出信号的一一对应关系;步骤二:获取脉冲序列{V};步骤三:获取叶片到达时刻序列{t};步骤四:获取夹角序列步骤五:获取相邻叶片夹角模板序列{θ};步骤六:获取新的夹角序列对此夹角序列进行叶片编号匹配;步骤七:提取特定叶片的叶尖定时信号。
