The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft composite materials, and provides a composite material 'I'-shaped stringer wall plate structure and a forming mold and method. The composite material 'I'-shaped stringer wall plate structure comprises a plurality of 'C'-shaped laying layers, intermediate intercalation layers, flange intercalation layers and a skin laying layer; the 'C'-shaped laying layers are laid side by side on the skin laying layer, and the closed portions of the 'C'-shaped laying layers are connected with the skin laying layer in a solidified mode; the intermediateintercalation layers are arranged in gaps between the adjacent 'C'-shaped laying layers, and the intermediate intercalation layers are connected with the skin laying layer in a solidified mode; and the flange intercalation layers are disposed at the tops of the 'C'-shaped laying layers and the intermediate intercalation layers to jointly form an upper flange of an 'I'-shaped stringer.
