Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a display panel. The display panel includes a lower substrate, an upper substrate, a functional layer, a first light shielding layer and a first sealant layer. The lower substrate and the upper substrate are arranged to be opposite. The functional layer is arranged between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The display panel is provided with a through hole. The through hole passes through the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The first light shielding layer and the first sealant layer surround the through hole and are arranged in layers. The first sealant layer is arranged on the lower substrate. The first light shielding layer is arranged between the first sealant layer and the upper substrate. Accommodation space is defined by the lower substrate,the upper substrate and the first sealant layer. The functional layer is arranged in the accommodation space. The first light shielding layer is used for shielding light to prevent the light from leaking from the through hole
